Five Star Senior Living

My Uncle has been here over 6 months. I've visited him ever week last 6 months. Everyone at this Assisted Living Facility is awesome. SALES, Front desk people, nurses, Cooks...AWESOME. Best is my uncle is happy. I've had prior experience with my inlaws at other ALF's. THE PALMS are Ft Myers is the finest.

Nestled in a beautiful setting, Franciscan Manor stands as an example of compassionate care and community for the elderly. I visit the nursing home monthly as my dad is a resident for the past year. This is a facility that exceeds expectations in providing a home-like environment for its residents. With many activities offered every day, the facility goes above and beyond in ensuring that residents lead fulfilling lives. From classic bingo days, singers who sing '50s and '60s songs that evoke a sense of nostalgia to movie nights that bring everyone together for a shared experience, the activities are designed to cater to a range of interests. On-time delivery with correct medications is crucial for seniors with health concerns and the staff keep impeccable records and provides needed medications like clockwork. Above all else, the staff are caring, attentive and friendly and treat my dad very well. He is happy and comfortable and fees safe, which creates peace for me.

My Aunt needed a home away from and that's what she found at The Palms. It lasted for over a year, unfortunately her health deteriorated and she has had to move on. But she enjoyed helping her fellow residents, she enjoyed the activities, and she enjoyed her apartment.

She feels safe. She finds everyone to be nice, staff and residents. She had fun yesterday doing jigsaw puzzles with other residents. I can't remember any other time in my life that she said she had fun. She's made a new friend with another lady living there. When she had trouble with her toilet and what she thought was her TV, someone came right up and fixed the toilet and another showed her how to flip the switch to get electricity to her TV. She likes being on the 4th floor as neighboring buildings can't look into her window. She's had no complaints to me about anything there. I hope it stays that way.

My brother has been staying there and came from a facility in San Antonio, it has been the difference like night and day. The people, the meals, the respect that have been provided to patients have been excellent. When it comes to the overall value - really concerned about inflation causing spending for other life expenses.

The friendliness of all the staff. The games and activities. The library. Dislike the food and the Length of time for service. Sometimes we get there at 5 and don't get served till 6:15.

I would definitely recommend Tuscany Villas to others. This facility treats you like family. Your loved one will be well-cared for. The housekeeping is good. My loved one's room is always clean. Floor restrooms are very clean. Communication with the family is good, but could be improved on. My loved one is pleased with the meals.

The facility has a very friendly atmosphere. I am a physical therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation center so there were specific things that I was looking for in a facility. Cleanliness, retention of employees, professionalism, friendliness, and a welcoming atmosphere with lots of activities for my mom to help stimulate her mentally and physically. Overlook Green met all of my criteria. My mom enjoyed her stay there, and I had peace of mind, knowing she was well taken care of.

I'm happy with all Services. The Forum at the Woodlands is a great place! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

My grandma has been living here for a couple of years now. From what she tells me, she loves the community. I personally love that there are lots of activities for her to do to keep her occupied. The staff I've come across has always been more than helpful and polite. Thank you for all you do.

5 for all. The staff members are very friendly and always so helpful and supportive. The Calusa Harbour community is clean and currently having renovations being made. The unit my mom had was one of the units already upgraded.

I would give them a 5 on everything!! I also want to give the staff extra praise My mom & us just love them!! Based on the experience we have had so far with HeartFields at Frederick, we have already recommended this community to other families and will continue to do so!

When mom was unable to live alone, we started searching for a community for her to move to. We spoke on the phone and were impressed enough to make an in person visit. The tour was very informative, and all the questions we had were handled by the knowledgeable staff. We never felt hurried or pressured at all. Mom absolutely loves her new place and has made many new friends, residents and staff alike! There are lots of fun activities for her to participate in. We’re just so happy that we found Meadowmere. We feel confident that she is in a safe and caring environment.

When the employees make your loved one feel at home it makes it feel natural for me to feel at home . Moving a family member can be a very emotional time. Sometimes you doubt your decision. Sometimes you doubt yourself. The staff at Meadowmere understood the emotions and doubt that I felt. They were compassionate and professional during our transition. When the employees and management enjoy their jobs it gave me confidence in the care my loved one received. A difficult time in my life was made bearable by the staff at Meadowmere. I’m glad I chose Meadowmere for the care of my loved one.

We were anxious to move my mom to an assisted living facility, but we were immediately put at ease when we met the amazing staff and saw how well maintained the residence is. Frequent social activities, for residents and family alike, really made her feel welcome and part of a community. The exceptional care they provide has made this transition go incredibly smoothly.

5 for all. I helped my son find the Palms. When l talk to my ex he seems very satisfied.

Really enjoyed my stay at Tuscany villas. I was there for two months to get stronger. I worked with two therapists and they were wonderful and enable me to leave after two months a lot stronger. Now I go there four times a week for more therapy They were were extremely professional and very helpful and friendly

I would absolutely recommend to others! Wonderful staff and they make you feel so welcome.We already new about the community, but we decided because there is everything close if needed.

My mom enjoyed her respite care stay. She liked the small dining rooms and the smaller size of the facility. There was a mix up of her medications early on, but she let them know. We really appreciated them allowing a two week stay. A lot of the other places had a 30 day minimum.

My mother-in-law is very happy with her new home Legacy Heights. She is always telling us that she is in very good hands and we have to agree. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.
