Five Star Senior Living

I have been in several times and the facility has always been neat and clean. Staff is very friendly, and even most of the residents we encountered were pleasant.- I have not personally dined there but my understanding is the food is good and menu is varied and flexible. They have many fun things to do there. It was our best value available for our budget compared to other options we considered.

I live in the garden apartment (Independent Living) at Five Star Residences of Lafayette and everything has been great for me here at this facility. The staff at this facility is great and helpful. The location is great. I enjoy the food since I'm not cooking. The cleanliness is good. Overall, things are great here at Five Star Residences of Lafayette!

Thank you to all the staff at Barrington Terrace for helping me and my family make a difficult decision of placing a loved family member into their care, as stress free as possible for us. Every staff member that I have met and dealt with has been considerate, compassionate and helpful. A very special thank you to [name removed], for her patience in answering my multiple questions, (some more than once), her understanding of how stressful the process is, and for holding my hand and guiding me thru the entire process. I also must thank her for for her knowledge and willingness to share it with me. Based on the interaction I have seen between the staff and residents of Barrington Terrace, I am confident that we have made the correct decision and that my wife will be treated with respect, and she will receive the care and help that she needs.

My experience has been very good. We moved in 2 months ago. The common areas are always clean, and the rooms are cleaned weekly. The staff members are great, very friendly and helpful. The quality of care has been very good. The meals are good - the main menu is good and alternatives are offered daily. We have been pleased. When it comes to the activities, we haven't had much time to get involved yet. Still settling in so not sure about the value for cost but it seems to be a good cost. We would recommend Overland Park Place to other families.

I am thoroughly enjoying it here at Meadowmere Oak Creek. Lovely staff interactions. Lovely fellow residents. The location in Milwaukee is convenient to lots of shopping and convenient health care. I really enjoy the grounds here. I enjoy just riding around Milwaukee and its surroundings. I feel so lucky to have found Meadowmere.

Park Place is a great fit. Knoxville and surrounding area has a lot to offer for services and activities but is congested like any city. I would recommend to others.

The staff at Rio Las Palmas is very friendly and they keep us informed about the care of my mom. She fell a week ago and they contacted me immediately and transported her to the hospital. The facility is very clean and they clean my mom's apartment once a week and come daily to take out the trash. The food is good, but mom says it's a little bland for her. I would recommend Rio Las Palmas to anyone.

The staff at Morningside of Springfield treat you like family. I do think they could improve on the activities by offering more of a variety, they do have lots of games though. It's all expensive but I think an increase shouldn't happen every year if seniors are on a fixed income paying out of pocket. I would absolutely recommend Morningside of Springfield to others. They are the best place in Springfield by far!!!

Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, I can tell you right off the bat that it was excellent. My brother really enjoyed his stay at The Legacy of Anderson. We could not of asked for a better community for our loved one .

We are very happy here at Forum at Deer Creek. Everyone is very friendly and the food is very good. My wife and I have made a lot of friends. I would tell others looking that you will be given a tour of the facility and usually they will be able to have lunch if your meeting in the morning.

Excellent Professional Staff especially[name removed] who bends over backwards to assist in anyway!!5 star facility top knotch everything. We picked this community because of the price and area. It's an excellent community.

My Father is very well cared for there, even though he can be difficult to get along with. The staff does a wonderful job of caring for him! The price point and appearance of the facility inside and outside were the main reasons that we chose Overlook Green over other places that we looked into at the time. I would recommend this community to anybody looking for care for their loved ones.

We picked this community for our loved one, because it's a nice facility. It's a great place. The price and location are great.

I would rate each a 5. My folks love it there! I'm impressed at how well it is run and the care they are getting. The meals are nutritious, which is key as my mom didn't want to cook anymore and my stepdad is diabetic and needs the nutrition. They keep track of who is eating...if they don't show at the dining facility for 3 days in a row someone checks on them. There is a little flag on their door that security flips down at night....staff goes through the next morning to see if the flag is flipped up. Showing they have been up and out each day. If the flag is down, staff checks on them. THIS is the peace of mind that I get knowing someone is checking on them, but not being too intrusive. Every time I go there the staff and residents are so friendly....it's such a great place! One of the most important things for the folks was they could take their little dogs. They have a cute patio with outside access, perfect for the doggies!

My family and I recently moved our loved one to this community and we are so happy that we did! From the initial tour to our loved one moving in the process was clearly laid out, our expectations were exceeded, and every detail was looked after. If anyone is looking for a community to welcome your loved one with open arms, look here first!

My father moved here recently. He wasn’t sure he wanted to be there, or anywhere for that matter, because it wasn’t home. But now we’re about a month in, and he’s liking it more and more each day. I have liked and appreciated this place so much since well before moving day. [name removed], and all of the staff, have made the transition so easy, and have worked with us so well ~ before, during, and still to this day. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am for them and for their patience, kindness, and helpfulness. A big thank you to all! I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who’s looking for a wonderful place for their aging parents!

My mother has been living at Meadowmere for 8 years. They do a superb job at Meadowmere with the caring, friendly, supportive, and loving staff. Now her sister, my aunt has moved into Meadowmere. Having family with you is truely the best thing. My mom just loves the activities which include bingo, happy hour, exercise, cooking class, etc. It’s a great place to live.and enjoy. Also the special events with include classic car show, luau, Twelve Days of Christmas, New Years, etc.

Our family had an in person tour with Palms of Fort Myers and the residents toured us and after we left they said that we were not going to move our loved one there because of the lack of security (things we had noticed on the tour). However Fort Myers were we liked one of the units a lot but the cupboard's/microwave were regular height;.

Five Star Residences of Clearwater has been great for my Aunt and she really likes it!! The staff is excellent, from the administration, nursing, to the food staff and maintenance. She is getting excellent care. It's a lovely clean facility with great activities for the residents and her apartment is a roomy one bedroom.

We give a 5 for everything at the New Seasons at New Britain. The staff members there are very helpful during our loved ones transition. The friendliness of the staff members during the tour as well as the follow up calls and texts is something we appreciated. They kept up with that until we got our loved one here from down south.
