The staff are very welcoming, and they treat the residents well. The times that I've had to talk with the nursing staff, it has been good. They listen to you and take your questions and advice.

We love the atmosphere of Fountainview, it is almost like living on a cruise ship. We love the really nice open walkways they have, it is very spacious and very clean but not overly crowded and overwhelming. The staff members are incredibly friendly. Our loved one enjoys the Wii bowling, bingo, the ice cream socials and happy hours. They also have church services. The meals are great and based on our experience we would definitely recommend Fountainview to other families. We do wish every month they would carry over the money not used for the meals - if you do not spend all that money you end up loosing it.

My loved one lived here for Independent Living and it was great. It's like being in a 5 start hotel. She lived on the 18th floor and had an amazing view. If her care needs hadn't have changed, she would still be here. The Assisted Living side here didn't have great reviews and I had heard some not great feedback from residents there and friends of residents. Ultimately, we decided to look elsewhere when my loved one's care needs changed. But I would definitely recommend them for Independent Living.

This community is wonderful with my mom. The communication with the staff is nothing but great. They do offer activities like bingo, but my residents would like more and different game nights. Meals are served 3 meals a day with snacks in between, the food is so good and my mom loves it.

The tour experience itself was good, but we did not care for the facility as far as independent living goes. It was a bit more depressing atmosphere.

We chose Premier Hollywood because of that gut feeling that I got, I walked in and said if I needed to be someplace, this is where I would want to be. From the moment we walked in, we dealt with [name removed] and she was amazing. She walked us through from start to finish. The staff has been so accommodating and for her specifically because of her size and special needs. She has diabetes as well and they are always on top of it. She absolutely loves the food. They have plenty of activities offered for the residents. I cannot say enough good things about this facility and staff, I really love them and would highly recommend to others.

I live at Talbot Park on Granby and they get 5 stars in all areas! I would compare it to a beautiful bed and breakfast. To me, I feel like people put on their vacation clothes and drove to the Talbot to visit Virginia. I realize Talbot on Granby is a independent living facility and I would recommended it to everyone. Many people who lived here before have returned. I am fortunate to be at the Talbot!

This facility was our first choice. Love the cleanliness and staff. It's also close to my job.

We were totally satisfied with the community. Hospice was involved with my loved ones care, and we were a little dissapointed. It was two people, who always paid special attention to my loved one. They did a really nice job of engaging with the residents. I would advice other families, to check out other facilities, undestand what you are looking for. They were really friendly. The rooms were clean all the time. My loved had on clean clothes and they always took extra care of my loved one.

I like how friendly the staff are when I walk in the door. I like that my loved one's room is always nice and clean and tidy. And I just like the friendliness of all the people there.

The community was more than my loved ones wanted to spend.

It was a very difficult transition for my mother because of her dementia. We tried assisted living first because there was no openings in memory care. She was not doing well but they finally had an opening so we got her all moved over. Staff have been wonderful, even with how difficult the whole process was - my mom was always saying how sweet they were. She absolutely LOVES the food. It is a smaller facility that is a bit older and does not have all the bells and whistles, but I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston to other families.

I have no complaints. This is an A1 community, and my loved one loves it here. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The administration is very helpful. The reception is great! The food is very good, the times I have enjoyed dining with my loved one. There are three meals a day served and there are choices for the residents to choose from.

We picked this community becasue of the value for the dollar, proximity, and friendliness of the staff. My loved one is getting good care, eating well, and interating with other residents.

We are very happy here. We picked this community, because of the friendliness, and it's the most open. The entertainment is wonderful. They are very good to the people.

This is a very caring community The staff know all the residents by name and visitors who are visiting family members. They truly seem to care about the residents. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from. Ice cream socials, exercise group, singing, entertainment, religious services, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to engage with.

This has been an excellent choice for my 89 year old mom. She has friends and lots of activities. The staff are caring and although it is not perfect, overall the experience has been very good. My mom is walking the halls with her rollator each day, taking exercise classes, playing lots of games, sitting on the porch with her friends and enjoying each day. Her apartment is very cute. The staff has always been responsive with any work orders or issues that arise and they provide excellent care for all the residents.

The Gardens is wonderful! The staff is very good with the residents. They do a lot for them and make sure they're clean and well cared for. They have a lot of nice activities. Lots of game times. Twice a week they go on excursions. They always have entertainment (musicians, etc.) at least three times a week. They allow small cats and dogs. The other residents are all nice. It has been a very nice experience. I don't have a single bad thing to say about it. My mom, who I thought would have trouble setting in, has adapted very well and very quickly!

This was a nice community. This community was a little further family than we wanted.
