Five Star Senior Living

Savannah Square is a unique senior community in Savannah, GA. My immediate impressions arriving here about one year ago have been borne out in spades. Welcoming friendly neighbors enjoying a well run facility that works hard to give us a positive daily experience and help when needed and requested. I think the secret to the community’s success has got to be hiring talented and caring people who are then trained well and adopt a can-do attitude to solve problems in a reasonable period of time. From food service to maintenance to interesting activities the staff works hard to provide the services we expect. I think any senior would quickly feel welcome and enjoy living at Savannah Square.

Food is amazing with good variety. Love the servers in the dining room. They know your names after just a few days and are very friendly and accommodating to needs. Lots of activities to keep you busy.

We would rate the friendliness and care services a 10! Morningside has the best medical staff care and concerns. It was my experience with Morningside of Auburn, to find caring and friendly staff. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I found the residents and staff to be very friendly. I also like the variety of activities available, even if my FIL won't try any.

We moved my 93 year old dad into Five Star Residences at Clearwater a few days ago. He left his small town where he has lived his entire life. We had a lot of questions and, of course, concerns about taking him away from his home. [names removed] listened to our worries and assured us things would be okay. With 3 daughters, son in laws and grandchildren helping with the move and obviously nervous, they went out of their way to explain and reassure everyone. Other staff stopped in to introduce themselves and welcome him. [name removed], the maintenance supervisor, went above and beyond to make sure TV’s and Wifi were set up, and everything was working correctly. [name removed], the receptionist, warmly welcomes us when we visit and shared that it’s fun to watch dad be so confident. That made us feel so good. Dad has enjoyed the food so far and is looking forward to participating in activities. So far we are very impressed with the warm welcome, ease of move in and welcoming atmosphere.

[name removed] at Brandon Woods was totally awesome to work with. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to her staff and residents. She walked us through a very difficult process and was extremely helpful. All the staff members shared her helpfulness and caring attitude. Toughest decision our family had to make but [name removed] and crew made it as smooth as possible.

All the staff is very friendly and engaging. Each and every issue we have addressed has been handled in a courteous, efficient manner. Highly recommend The Forum.

The entire staff went over and above to take care of our mother and us when they where needed the most .

The staff from executive Director to housing keeping are extremely accommodating. They listen and try to solve any problems you might have. Thank you for informing us about The Forum

Mom moved to Meadowmere Assisted Living in [date removed]. She was welcomed by folks who already knew her by name. Daily exercises, weekly movies, bingo, card games, crafts, cooking classes, trivia, and other special events keep Mom and all of the residents active and involved. But what sets Meadowmere apart from other places is the staff & care team. The entire staff treats each resident with kindness, dignity, and respect. This very caring staff includes the day-to-day help provided by the nursing aides & assistants, a talented kitchen staff attentive to each resident’s dietary needs, dynamic dining room servers who know the residents by name and also what they like to eat, a very busy activity staff joined by volunteers, & also maintenance and housekeeping. As a family, we are thankful for this caring community with great administrative oversight. Best place in Wisconsin for our Mom! Thank You ALL!

Want to that [name removed] and staff today at Meadowmere for an amazing day for the residents and visitors. The car show had an amazing turnout and the raffle baskets we amazing. The staff out did themselves today accommodating all. We are impressed on a daily for the care of my dad and other residents. Thank you again.

The facility was safe and friendly, with lots of cheerful residents! The staff were flexible and reassuring. Treated us like family. Absolutely take time to explore The Reserve at Greenbrier; you'll feel at home before you move in!

The staff at Park Summit really did make the transition for my mom easy and very welcoming. They have something similar to a "buddy system" where they encourage fellow neighbors to engage with each other for meals or activities. Staff is so helpful and kind. They have orientation so my mom knows what to expect. Things to do, meals are great, activities plentiful and unit is nice. Very pleased with our selection in choosing Park Summit so far!

My father-in-law really wasn't suited for assisted living. He was high care. They really weren't equipped for him. He needed more care. I rated it a 5 based on what I saw for those residents who just need assistance and are able to ask for what they need. It was clean and they did offer activities and excursions that unfortunately he couldn't take part in.

New seasons is a warm friendly welcoming community. The facility is very clean. The food is good and the activities are plentiful. There's much to be done to get involved and enjoy the comforts and safety provided.

She really loves it there. She she says the is so much food to choose from and has great daily meals. The people and staff are very friendly and helpful. The living areas are larger with full kitchen, large bathroom and the rooms have central air. They have lots of activities to do, lunches they can go to and sign up shopping. She loves to take care of her raised bed garden.

Since I've only been here a month it's a new experience every day. The people here are very friendly (we have a few grouches but that happens everywhere). There's a lot to do if you choose to, and management appears to be concerned about each of us! I think I'll stay!!

The people were so accommodating & nice. The sales person we dealt with worked around our schedules for tour of facilities & signing of documents. Also the residents were so happy there & shared their opinions. They allowed us to eat a free meal in the dining room which was great since food was an issue at my mom's last place. They also offered some great discounts to help us with costs of the transition. The best value for the money!

I would rate my experience thus far with the Reserve at Greenbrier as a 5+! I am very happy with our apartment, & the staff as well as the many great people I have met. The activities are plentiful & varied, the location is close to many retail shops, banks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend the Reserve to any senior who is looking for an independent living facility. The Reserve community appears to have some of the most friendly & kind people I have had the opportunity to meet. My situation was rather unique in that a bit over a week after moving in my husband had a stroke which resulted in him being hospitalized & now in a rehab facility. Everyone here without exception is always asking about him & offering any help that I might need. The PT staff members were right there when my husband fell prior to his stroke. The Special Breakfast Tuesdays are a big hit as well & a good way to meet people. The activities director here is a gem & has some good & varied ideas for keeping people engaged. We have a 2B/2B apartment with a lovely deck that provides excellent quiet time. It was completely redone before we moved in & I was able to choose paint & carpet colors as well as type of flooring which was a plus for me
