We really liked Arbor Terrace at Kingwood. It was a beautiful and clean community. Our loved one had lived there for four years. The staff was very caring and attentive. They kept us well informed and update of our loved one's activities. They were easy to talk to regarding any questions or concerns that we had regarding her well-being. We had to move her to another community that could take better care of her needs and that had a memory care section in the community.

We couldn't be happier with the care that my friend is getting here. Unfortunately, her health seems to be in general declining however the staff is wonderful and very attentive and is doing what they can to make her comfortable. When my friend eats the food has been very good she was enjoying it. We feel very comfortable with her being here it was a little further than what we were looking at but because they had made such a good impression on us we decided it was worth the drive

This community offers a lot of nice amenities. The community is newer and looks nice. This community does have smaller rooms than the community we chose. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for you or your loved one.

Mom liked this community when she visited. The person that took her on tour was nice. This community did offer some nice amenities, however the community she chose was just a little smaller.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well for the most part. From what I saw the community looked nice and clean, the staff was nice, and our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but it wasn't the right fit for my in-laws.

Great tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. The experience was a pleasant one.

This is a nice community, and my tour of it went well. The staff I met was friendly, and everyone was kind. From what I saw the community was nice, and clean. The experience was a pleasant one, but I did find another community that I was more fond of.

The care at this community is very nice. The staff are nice and helpful. I like that she is liking the menu. The community is clean and maintained. We like that she is involved with the activities with the other residents. We would recommend for other to tour this community for the value and the care of a loved one.

The care that my loved one has been receiving at this community is going great! I am comfortable with the quality of care and how attentive they have been to her needs. The property is very clean and has a lot of great amenities to all of the residents. They also have a great meals plan as well as a dinning experience. Overall I have no complaints and am very pleased.

I really liked Arbor Terrace, it is a very nice place, very luxurious. The community seemed to be a lot more upscale than other places. The residents there all seemed very happy, but the deciding factor was the company that they have that does the medication reminders. The one that Arbor Terrace uses charged $500 a month. That was a lot for my mother since she only needs it once a day.

Before choosing a community for my mother, I also toured Canyon Valey Memory Care. I had a good tour, they were able to answer my questions and give me good information. The facility was clean and maintained well.

My mom is in this community for care. She does not like being away from home. The staff were nice and the community was clean. My mom did not like that the staff had a high turnover. The activities were helpful. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a family member for the nice care and value

The community has a “home like environment”. It seems to be calm and staff appear to be pleasant people.

My mother as recently made the move into this community and at first she had a little trouble with the transition but with time things are improving. i like that she is starting to enjoy her dinning experience and becoming more social with the other residents. I do wish the staff would do a better job at encouraging her to start getting more involved with the activities and to go on some of the trips they take.

He's very happy with the meals.That's a highlight of his day! They are all very friendly and I have not ever had to stand around to talk to someone.They are always readily available.

My tour od The Inn at Los Patios was a good experience. The facility was clean and everyone was very nice. The tour guide gave us good information, but it was not the best fit for my parents.

It still early for me to give my definite thoughts on this community, but so far it's going well. It's a smaller place and my mother has started to make friends during activities and get together. The community is very clean from the common areas down to the baseboards.

This is a good community for independent senior living. This is a three story building and unfortunately they did not have a first floor apartment available when we toured. Mom needed a little more care than this community could offer.

When I toured the Catalina Springs Memory Care, it was a very nice place. I really liked it but my father had already chosen the Brookdale. We went with his choice.
