Frontier Senior Living

It is going well for my mom and they are set up to provide memory care she needs. From what my mom tells she is doing fine with the meals and activities. This community was picked because we liked the staff and the way it was set up for Memory Care.

I've only been here a short time, but so far I'm very satisfied with the service and accommodations at Arbor Terrace. It's a very nice place, the staff is friendly, and I really can't think of anything negative to say about them!

My friend also liked this community. It had carpet and it was renovated. They did not have any availability and they were priced higher. They offered a shared unit at $1600 and she would have a roommate, this was not going to work. The smallest studio was $2200. We saw the room and she would have to past the women bed to get to the other bed. The rent included meals, house keeping, transportation, and linen services.

This is good community, but unfortunately my parents were not ready to live in a retirement community. So they moved back home. I did think this is a lovely community with kind people. They do a good job with keeping the community well-kept and nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and respectful. There are nice activities offered for the residents. The food is good, and the meals are pretty nice. Overall it is great community, and I would recommend it.

This community is very clean inside and out. The few staff members I have met seemed nice. My grandma likes some of the food. She likes to participate in bingo. I think this community is a little expensive but I would recommend it.

My loved is no longer at this community. The community told me that they deal with combative patients. When my loved one got there and started being combative they told me that I needed to move him. That the community might not be the right place for him. The staff was nice and helpful when I did need them. The community does offer activities, but my loved one did not want to participate.

A very nice community for good care. Excellent staff members who provide great care. Wonderful activities are offered. This community is a little costly for the care, but I would recommend it for those who can afford the care that family members receive here.

Mom moved into a new wing at this older community. She was there for about 3 weeks as they just did not offer enough activities to keep her busy. They did not deliver on what was promised. I believe this has improved since she moved out. The food is lovely and they keep the community clean. I would recommend taking a look at this community.

The care is going good and everything is fine from what my dad's wife tells me. He is getting respect and the staff are fine people. The community is clean and seems to be good. I think that it seems a little under staff but my dad says he is getting the care he needs. His wife says good things about the community.

I found the process of placing my sister-in-law at the Wentworth fairly easy. I find the facility warm and friendly. It has been difficult to understand the whole effort of arranging insurance since she moved here from out of state. There was very little help from the staff. I feel they need a better orientation program. Things such as where is the laundry room, what day will her laundry be done. Failure to change the mattress pad when the bed was changed ( there was a second mattress pad with the clean sheets and pillow cases but it was not put on the bed along with the clean sheets & pillow cases). I know all this will be worked out, but it was disconcerting.

I'am getting better everyday here at this community. I'am still adjusting to everything, but so far it has been a nice experience. The community looks nice and clean. The staff is kind and very friendly, they are always very cheerful. The food is good, I enjoy the meals. Everyday things get a little better. This is a community I would recommend.

They ended up declining admission of my dad, after initially accepting him and accepting payment. My dad is admittedly a hard case. They did give a full refund of what we paid, so that was honorable. The facility is nice and the people are nice, no issues with any of that. If anything, I'd say they need better screening up front, perhaps a little less optimistic, to avoid backing out after things are already rolling (e.g. payments made, furnishings moved in, alternative locations notified that a choice was made, etc ).

The people that helped us on our tour of Callaway Gardens were nice and knowledgable. The community seemed clean and this was our second choice. The main difference between this and the one we chose is we were so impressed with the manager at the other community.

I loved what I saw within this community. Everything seemed to be pretty awesome too. Based on my dad's budget this was not a fit to his budget.

My tour went well of the facility. Everything was nice and well maintained. The staff was very pleasant and informative. They answered all my questions. This is more of an assisted living community. My mother doesn't require much care. It is a nice community for someone if it fits their needs.

My father is doing very well at here this community. They are caring for him and his needs very well. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. It has been a pleasant experience. It is a nice facility with kind people.

My dad is living at this community and It is clean and well kept. The staff treat my dad well and I can only say good things. The meals could be better with more options and at times more portion size. I have found that they do not have a lot of activities. Overall most the concerns may be linked with the new wing not being available and I hope things will improve once my dad is moved into a new room.

Everything went very well for my mother at this community. She will be returning home soon, but her time here was great. The community is very nice looking and everything is very clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They do offer nice activities through out the week. The food was excellent, she really enjoyed the meals. They have been extremely helpful and I would recommend it.

I have lived here for a year and a half. I was in a dreadful situation before and the staff here rescued me from it. I love living here because of the managements ability to resolve problems and how they make a person feel about the results. I ride a scooter, and the location is ideal because I can get to practically any shopping need and there is some very beautiful scenery. I am very happy with the upgrades they have made to the community too.
