We were so lucky to find Gables and they put a lot of work into assessing our friend before accepting and making her successful there. Head nurse Angela really takes her job seriously. Menus looked good but I did not eat there but once. Quality of care very good. Because of my friends' additional needs they suggested and referred us to a companion service for her and that was also very good. We had the hurricane come through and Gables' response was amazing . STAFF AND SENIOR STAFF stayed in house 24 hours to care for the residents. Our Companion also stayed over. She was not well enough to participate outside room except for meals. STAFF took her down for every meal until she needed to be fed in her room [name removed] was placed on Hospice and remained in Gables with the extra hospice oversight until it was time to transfer to Big Bend Hospice House for medications not usable in an outpatient setting We are so pleased with her care all the way from pre-admission to final Hospice care. A Place for Mom was a marvelous help in finding the best way to help our friend.

The staff was friendly and there were good amenities. They also have two community pets on site, this was important to us because [name removed] has a dog but the dog wasn't going to be able to follow him into the home because he could not take care of it himself.

It did not smell bad (like another did when we walked in the door) and the residents keep their doors open showing a very welcome attitude. That I am pro-Legends based on what my family has seen and what Mother has said. She loves it because they take very good care of her and that they spoil her with attention.

Overall experience - The people we worked with made the transition very easy. Cleanliness - I never saw anything that seemed unclean, in the general facility or in my dad's room. Quality of care - My dad said all of the nurses that he saw were friendly and great at their jobs. Meals/Dining - I only ate two meals there with him but both were quite good. He told me frequently that he enjoyed most of the food they provided. Value for Cost - with no real context otherwise, I think it was a good value. He was comfortable, cared for, and well liked by staff.

Beautifully maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Residents treated with respect. Suggest meeting with financial planner to ensure ability to pay for services now and in future (as needs increase), and to have a backup plan for when skilled nursing care is required.

Very happy with the property itself. Friendly staff members and our loved one is happy there. I would recommend to others.

I was very pleased with the facility and staff at Rivermont Assisted Living. The staff is kind and caring and the directors are knowledgeable. It's better than I'd hoped.

My siblings and I have been very pleased with Legend of Lititz. The tours of the facility, meeting some of the staff, and the very homey atmosphere made Mom less worried and fearful about leaving her home. She loves that it is all on one floor-no stairs or elevators. Lots of screened in porches and outdoor patios to sit and look at the beautiful flowers. A very quiet and caring atmosphere for Mom has also been great.

We picked this community because of the location and support. They were a complete 180 degrees better than Park Meadows. Billing was accurate and met requirements of our insurance. Staff was very proactive in mom's care. Recommended great hospice group.

The facility is very nice. Neat and clean. Staff are very helpful. Food is very good Meal time is early for all three meals. I would be very comfortable having any of my family members living here.

Were there when it was still Heartis Warminster - very pleased. We picked them because the location in Warminster is very nice. The residences have an upscale, open, safe, and bright feeling. Care is also specialized to each resident. The staff got to know mom as well as us; treated like family. The price was also quite good.

What we like the most is their care and understanding. The security. [name removed] their activity director is nothing short of amazing and keeps us updated on my dad constantly. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

5's all around. I like the fact that it's an age in place facility And their levels of around the clock care. As well as the cleanliness and general upkeep of the building

The Legend is an assisted living facility. At some point greater assistance will be needed. Be prepared. The Legend worked with me however my mom's needs overwhelmed what could be provided. The Legend served us well, and The Legend was the staff. I would highly recommend this facility to anybody looking.

We picked Rivermont because the people were immediately friendly even on our first visit just to tour the facility. One of the biggest reasons my mom wanted to move into a residential living area was to make friends and she has made many. They have a table of six that eats together daily, a couple that now attend Bible study together with her at her church, and she has made a close friend that she spends time with daily---walking, shopping trips to Walmart, etc.

We picked this community because of timing and it was the nicest one we saw. It was great till my family member hit the girl giving her a shot then it wasn't place is great . My loved one got kicked out

I joined the Windsor just recently and my experience has been great so far. I have had good rapport with the people who work here and they have been able to make me feel comfortable by answering my questions. I find that I like the activities offered especially Bingo, social hours, the mask designing craft hour, and the most recent live music offered to us. If you are visiting the Windsor for a loved one I would recommend talking to the people and staff members.

She really enjoyed the meals, where she used to live she didn't participate in any activities but she did there. I would recommend to others.
