Each would be a 5 at the very least. We would rate them higher if such an option were available. The staff is outstanding- [name removed] Loving does a great job and so do [name removed] and [name removed]. They now have a pair of black swans at the pond and everyone enjoys walking the "lakeside" path.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. [name removed], the administrator, was pleasant and accommodating when we interacted with her. We had nothing but positive experiences in this regard. [name removed] room was larger than I had expected for a senior living facility. As far as amenities, the cleaning staff was excellent and the room was always clean. [name removed] never went down to eat by herself, so the staff brought her meals to her. No complaints at all. They also did her laundry weekly. Excellent service. It's a wonderful place, I think.

My mother-in-law has improved tremendously. Had made friends and enjoys her time there. She doesn't ask us about going home anymore. She has made bid improvements!!

We switched to Legend from another facility and it’s been the right choice. It’s clean, and welcoming, with lots of activities and great food. He’s got a better bigger room and the staff work hard to serve the residents compassionately.

Warm, welcoming, thoughtful and professional are a few words that come to mind thinking about the care my mom is receiving at The Windsor. I would recommend touring and seeing for yourself. I think you’ll be pleased.

If I could rate higher I would. It is a phenomenal facility and has a truly amazing staff. Legends at Rivendell is a beautiful facility staffed by kind and loving people who cared for my father as I would have. He was able to spend his last months with people who loved him, cared for him, and made him laugh. It is clean, the meals are appetizing, and the staff works to engage the residents in fun activities. It was wonderful to know that when I couldn't be there, they were. I will be forever grateful!

The Windsor staff works together well communicates with families frequently and completely. It really is a family atmosphere and I appreciated all the services being under one roof. My mother was able to receive the care she needed from assisted living to memory care to Hospice and all of it was professional, caring, and efficient.

With the meals and dining, dinner could be a little bit better as far as quality as far as service, being more polite, and the different kinds of foods that I have can be improved. The cleaning this could be a little bit better as far as cleaning my laundry they don't use a detergent that you put in there. I don't use it the beads I don't use the laundry sheets to make it smell better

My mom loves it there. Yes, we would recommend Acclaim Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would give Legend of McKinney a 5 plus. It's excellent for the money. And the staff and director care so much for each person there. Room sizes are perfect. Loads of amenities. And absolutely beautiful.

I would recommend it to others. I live in a different state than my loved one so it's very important that his needs are being met. Needed a place that could care for my loved one during a recovery period

The ratio of staff to patients was very good. The staff was very caring to the patients. If you needed any information about your loved one. It was accessible from the staff at any time. The food was good. Dads teeth were not able to chew the firm vegetables and meat. They were supposed to accommodate for that. By substituting softer meats. He also needed some assistance in feeding himself at times.

After touring several memory care facilities, this one was so refreshing. It was clean, staff was friendly, they provided structure, routine and activities throughout the day. Upon arrival, my mom was given a "welcome basket" with her favorite treats. Staff helped move her personal belongings to her room. We are two months in...She has settled in, made friends, enjoys the activities and everyone knows her name. She has the fastest wheelchair in her community and everyone loves her red lipstick.

My dad complains about meals coming out cold when it should be hot to warm, especially when he's asked for it to be hot. He says they are improving in that area, but he still gets things like cold, scrambled eggs, or lukewarm coffee. t's a great community friendly staff like I said the only issue that my dad has reported is the cold food if it wasn't for that it would get a 10 out of 10.

They are wonderful and my mother is safe and cared for. Everything you want for a 96 year old person! Safe, warm and comfortable. You sent me there for a tour... prettiest facility and best salesperson.

value for cost is terribly difficult to answer. It costs a lot each month but i have few complaints. The staff is kind and attentive and available to do whatever needs done. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

My family toured several assisted living facilities in Tampa, Florida. The food and dining room was better than the other facilities. The most important thing was the genuine caring from every staff member we met. Unlike most other facilities, residents were in common areas interacting with each other and participating in a variety of daily activities. The grounds are beautiful. Resident units and common areas are nice and well maintained. Big plus for us was continuum of care. My dad has a short walk from Assisted Living to visit my mom in Memory Care. Memory has a transitional section with a live courtyard and covered porch. The staff is exceptional - highly recommend!

After touring several facilities that offer memory care facilities, I chose to place my mom at The Remington of McCandless. The environment is beautiful and staff is friendly. My decision to place my mom there came after I toured The Remington during lunchtime. It was the only facility I toured that had a livelier and engaging lunchtime between staff and the residents. I'm excited for all of the abundant and meaningful activities that will be available for my mom to participate in.

Mom likes the residents, aide staff and most of the meals. She enjoys the indoor activities for the most part. Every employee is very kind and helpful to her. I love the place but of course, she misses her home which is not their fault.
