The staff is always willing to talk to you when you have a question or concern right up to the Director.

There are extra costs and changes in level of care and sometimes there is a long wait for assistance, dining and medicine disbursement

They were understaffed. But that seemed to be the same at many facilities we visited. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was just not enough of them. The food staff seemed especially short handed. The facility seemed to have different group activities every afternoon, happy hour, sing alongs, ice cream socials, etc. The residents seemed to enjoy those.

I would recommend. Staff turnover is the biggest negative. I head this is not uncommon in a lot of these facilities. My dad feels very welcome and safe there. The staff that is there is great.

The residents and staff are all family. The staff is great at knowing names and making mom feel like they know her. Green Tree really is a great place everytime I visit her. Which is 2x a month. She said meal times were too early and short. Other than that, it's great!

At times it felt like the staff was overwhelmed due to patient demands and staffing numbers. The staff was the main reason we chose this facility!

Arbor House is an assisted living facility. What my parent really needed was a memory care facility. I guess I did not want to face up to that fact; I wish I had been told that to begin with.

The facility is clean. Some areas do not have very many tenants so someone might feel a bit isolated. The staff is friendly and focuses on the patient.

value would be a 5 if the food was as good as it was under previous management/owners. the major issue by all that live there seems to be the food quality, often cold , a lot of carbs, minimal veggies and meet. Obviously the cost will continue to rise making it unaffordable for many people looking for long term assisted living.

It has changed hands and is different than It was when we got there. Rooms are smallish. But that depends on perspective. Meals are good. They were great when we got there...

The apartments here are nice, a little dated but nice. You can bring your own furniture. Everyone is very nice and always say your name. Even the residents do. The food in the dinning room is pretty bad. Most everything is breaded. Breakfast is good. It's hard to pick good things when you have diabetes. The commons areas have recently been redone. They look very nice. Maintenance takes its time to fix things that are broken. Our apartment has an outside door but I'm on the list for a garage so my car is outside.

It's very homey and not industrial. I would recommend The Windsor of Gainesville to other families looking.

Periodically the food could improve. The staff is very nice.

We chose The Windsor of Venice because of the hurricane proof building, no need to evacuate the residents in a storm. Also, a nurse is on duty 24/7, not simply on call like other facilities. The facility is super clean and the building is built to withstand a category 5 hurricane which is very important here. The food has been good and bad, they are undergoing changes in kitchen staff and operations. It will improve.

My biggest complaint was that the costs for levels of care weren't fully explained. Also, the preferred pharmacy wasn't explained until after the fact, resulting in higher care costs. The sales staff, nurses, and support staff were all very friendly and approachable.

My MIL moved in last month. The staff helped us get settled. The maintenance staff went out of his way to help get the tv set up. The nurse called and talked to us a long time. The front desk person remembered us and greats us each time. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The gardens are beautiful. There are many activities for the residents to choose from.

They always have items stacked in boxes in the front porch area and in the hallways. That makes a junky impression. My mother-in-laws room consistently looks less than clean, with dirty dishes by the sink, a sticky tray beside her and the carpet never looks clean. My mother-in-law is confined to her chair , so contributes very little to make her space unclean. We are particularly pleased with the 2 nurses serving in her area. They are very conscientious about sharing information with us. It's sometimes hard to get a response from them, but the nurses compensate.

What we like the most about Legend at Council Road are the activities, and most of the staff are absolutely amazing. The facility as a whole is really clean. There are a couple of housekeepers who aren't very good. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families based on our experience

This is a place where residents can live independently or with as much help as they need. This is the case with my mom who has mild dementia. They provide lots of activities for the residents but with my mother's dementia, she misses out on these activities because she forgets they are happening. I tried talking to Greentree about getting her to the activities because she wants to go, but she is still missing out on quite a few of them. That seems to be my only complaint.
