I recently toured Bartlett Reserve and was so impressed! The staff was friendly, the community was clean and inviting, and the amenities were exactly what I was looking for. Everyone I met seemed happy to be there. The manager was upbeat and can tell he genuinely enjoyed showing me the community. I can’t wait to move in and experience it for myself. I’ll leave another review once I settled in.

I can’t say enough good things about Bartlett Reserve! From the moment I walked in, [name removed]in sales treated me like family—what a gem she is! The place is spotless, the staff are as friendly as can be, and the atmosphere just feels like home. It’s clear they truly care about the people here. The service was excellent and the food was great! I would definitely come again to one of their events. I was greatly amused and happy in how all the staff made me feel welcomed. It smelled so refreshing when walking in the facility and all the residents that I saw were so friendly.

Bartlett is one of the best communities i have ever visited. The staff here are wonderful and so kind. We stayed for lunch and the food was fresh and gourmet. I would recommend anyone come to this community if you are looking for a homey warm environment!
