My Mother recently made the Legacy Heights Memory Care her new home. All of the staff are professional, kind , caring and patient and treat her as they would their own family member and have been so supportive of me, as well. Legacy Heights is bright , cheery, and clean and offers the residents lots of fun and enriching activities. Would highly recommend Legacy Heights Memory Care for your loved one and am so at peace knowing that my Mother is safe, comfortable , and well-cared for when I am away.

It's expensive but my mom is worth it My mom is much happier at Tiffany Court. Which makes me very happy. The entire staff have been very helpful. I haven't come across anything to report that would be negative.

Clean, friendly staff, easy to navigate in the rooms if you are handicapped. Activities are daily planned, they have things like music, crafts, exercise etc. It is a nice variety.

My mother-in-law appears clean , well cared for and is surrounded by friendly and attentive staff. The facility is clean, odor -free and spacious. I’ve seen other memory units. This place is far superior.

Life at at Calusa Harbor can only be described as relaxed living. The people here are friendly and the views are beautiful if you like living on the water. Downtown is within walking distance and it’s got quaint shops and eateries. I’m loving my life in independent living here at the Calusa Harbor. And don’t let me forget about the dinning. It’s wonderful my husband and I haven’t had to buy groceries since we moved in two months ago.

We had a great experience from day 1. I toured three properties in one day and really liked this one . I felt at home immediately and everyone I interacted with from staff to residents were just so nice. My mother loves her room, her new friends and the socialization she needed so badly- we found here. She is very happy here and that in-turn makes me feel like I made the right decision and makes my sister and I happy too

Everyone at calusa harbor has been fantastic!! Mom has been there for 1 mth now and can't say enough good things about it. My mother is legally blind and a high fall risk , to ease my mind they offered a fall pendant( for a small fee), which came in handy a few days ago. I was notified right away by the staff at calusa harbor that she had fallen and was ok, but taken to the ER. Mom is fine, her pride is hurt the most. Every time I walk through the door the residents are happy and all say hello! The food is pretty good, some things better than others (per mom) her only complaint is the food is Luke warm at best. But, per Mom, everyone there complains that the food could be hotter. Mom said this is the best decision she has ever made and is the happiest she has been on a long time!! 4.9 stars

The staff and residents are friendly and considerate. There are a variety of activities for everyone. The facility is exceptionally attractive. The resident of each apartment are ab le to decorate for his/her taste.

They're in the process of updating it so that's a good thing. Everything has been painted and cleaned. If you talk to my aunt, she will tell you the food could use improvement. I've eaten there a couple of times I didn't have an issue so it's all relative.

The Forum at the Woodlands is a very good organization. I like it here because of the the management and staff. Also the facility maintenance and the lake with ducks.

It was a great experience. I wish my mom could have stayed longer. The staff was WONDERFUL with her. The only reason she left is because we decided it was better for her to be in the same state as me, her only child. She was too far away.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is decent, maybe not great, the price is reasonable, occasionally things break (microwave, light fixture, door lock, elevator) but these things happen and they were quick to fix. Overall my stepmom is quite comfortable and content here

The friendliness and the quality of care services is a 10. I love how well the staff treat my dad. He has several absolute favorite staff members that work one-on-one with him. I love how responsive the team is when I have a concern. [name removed] at the front desk is a wonder ask anything and she will find out for you. I always recommend during the chores I see people being given that they should put them not put but bring their loved ones to admit to the facility.

Beautiful setting on the Caloosahatchee River in downtown Fort Myers. Lots of fun activities at the facility every day, including live music. Caring staff. Easy to communicate with administration and medical & therapy team about concerns with my mom.

Great facility. Food is excellent. Staff is very friendly. They always have some kind of activities for them to do. Room sizes are very nice and accommodating.

What we like the most about The Gables is the overall friendliness, the quality of the care services, the administrative staff and the overall value for cost. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

[name removed], our sales counselor, has been the most friendly, efficient, and accommodating professional from the first call all the way through to moving my dad into the facility. Throughout the entire process, she and her team have bent over backwards to make this a good experience for my dad. From our initial discussions regarding budget, timing, and room size, [name removed] has worked to meet all my I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and friendliness of each and every staff member we’ve encountered at Park Summit. They really care about the health, wellness and comfort of their residents, and that’s evident in their interactions with the residents and their actions when something needs to be handled or addressed. I look forward to a great experience for my dad at Park Summit, and I can rest easily knowing he’s in good hands.
