They are doing everything they are suppose to for my mom who is not too happy to be here but I could not ask for a better community. There is a salon where she gets her hair done weekly. She is trying some activities and playing bingo. They have concerts for the residents. The food is excellent, I have ate with her when we toured. The staff try hard for the residents.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I like the open floor plan as well as some of the amenities that had for the residents. They just did not have the right apartment that dad was looking for in the end decision.

This community was very nice clean very well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly answered all my questions seemed quite knowledgeable. It would have been a good fit for them However the price was out of my parents budget.

Unfortunately my husband needed more care than this community was able to provide. However during our time in this community we did have a good experience. They were really wonderful overall.

A very pleasant visit; well maintained building; the grounds were lovely. The staff seemed energized. The space of the facility was surprisingly huge. The large communal areas reminded me of a hotel. I looked at 2 apartments which seem well laid out; surprised there was no wi-fi in the apartments though there was wi-fi in common areas. The fitness area was small; no pool. There was variety in the lectures, group activities (visits to NYC museums and places of interest in NYC) which appealed to me. The staff is eager to listen to residents and develop programs the residents are interested in.

I have only lived here a short time and things are going fine. They offer daily activities and trips out. They keep the community clean. The staff have been helpful and friendly. I would recommend this community.

we toured this community and liked the environment of the community. the staff was kind and helpful to answer the questions that we had. The menu and the activities would have been helpful for my father. We wanted a more home feeling from a community, but other families should consider this community for care for a loved one.

My husband did well for the short time he was in this community. Unfortunately he needed more care than they were able to provide. However I was pleased with everything they did for us. They took good care of him, and his needs. It is a pleasant community. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. It was a good experience overall, and this is a community I would recommend.

My parents are doing well since their move to this community. They haven't complained about anything yet, and I'am comfortable with their move to this community. They have had some turn over since their move, and some changes in the administration. However it isn't a negative issue, it just something new to get use too. This is a good, safe community, and I would recommend it. It is working out well for my family.

Kitchenettes way too small, only a tiny refrigerator provided. Other than that units are lovely.

When I was searching for a community for my father, I toured The Forum At The Woodlands. It was a good tour, the tour guide was able to give me good information and answer any questions. The facility itself was clean, and it was a good experience to tour, but I found another place that fit my father's needs a little better.

I had an awesome tour of this community. It is a really nice facility with kind people. My tour guide was very helpful, and informative. He gave my good information on elder care. The community looked nice, but the apartment I was shown was to small for my mother. It was a lovely experience overall, and my tour went very well.

This looked like a nice clean community when I visited. The people were nice and helpful. This community offers daily activities. The community I chose offered a little more food options.

I absolutely adored the staff member that gave my loved one and I a tour of there community. She was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable during our visit. They had a well maintained facility with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right fit for my brother in the end decision.

I enjoyed my tour of this community, it is a very nice community. The community appeared to be well maintained, and everything looked nice. The staff was kind, and informative. My questions were answered. I did find another community that was easier to get into overall. However I did like this community.

The staff was nice very informative. They are in the process of remodeling the faculty which will look very nice and welcoming. The apts were a good size also.

I got a good tour of this community. It was not in a convenient location for me. The resident who were around were less ambulatory and not that engaged. I wanted to see residents who were at the same level as my mom in orders to interact.
