This is where I'd really like to go live.

Tour guide was wonderful and spent two hours with us that day. I think this facility would be perfect for my parents.

Meet w/director & found the facility well organized, clean, friendly, open plan units, outings for wheel bound residents & assistg lvg services meeting my mthr-in-law needs. The facility is offering a special on the pricing of the units. I find this to be helpful. A beautiful facility. This is a 5 stars rating for sure!

beautiful setting. bright and cheerful. excellent one-level facility floor plan. residents can enjoy outdoors via the secure internal court yard.

It was a Wonderful Place. I loved it there. I can't say enough nice things about The Villa.

We scheduled our own tour here when I saw on their website that they offer tours on weekends. This is (so far) our #1 choice. They have a fantastic physical therapy area, which overlooks a heated swimming pool area. They have religious services available and they have other Spanish Speaking residents. We liked that every floor had multiple gathering areas. The rooms were a good size, too. The activities director was our tour guide and it was clear that she has an excellent relationship with the residents. The residents were hanging around all over the place - which we liked, because my mom likes to see lots of people around her. Almost best of all is the fact that Heartland is right next to Ellicott City Health and Rehabilitation Center (nursing home), which we also toured. This would be a nice option if my mom needs to (at first) be in a nursing facility while dad lives in assisted living. They could visit each other without our needing to get transportation - How convenient. The nursing home (which is not affiliated with Heartlands although they're next door neighbors) also focuses on active rehab. rather than being a place where the patients are waiting to die.

Had tour 2 weeks ago. Great Place! Not actively pursuing at this time, waiting for timing to make the move.

All utilities except phone, w/3 meals day, wellness clinic, activities, doc appts, clean apt, bed linen/towels, community library/computer, movie theater, taxes paid, kitchenet in - has optional meal ticket.

This is the facility of choice so far. Their nursing office on each floor and focus on improving residence quality of life is excellent. Residence were happy and engaged in activities and the facility was bright and clean.

Loved this place and [staff representative]! We had a very good feeling for WTSL. My mother has friends at Voorhees Senior Living so that may have some weight in where we finally go.

We really liked Park Summit - this facility was our second choice. I felt very comfortable and I loved the atmosphere. Definitely got that warm and fuzzy feeling. The staff who we interacted with were great and the other residents were all very friendly. The reason we did not go with this facility was because they do not offer memory care. My loved one does not need that, but if she does down the road we wanted the facility to offer that just in case so we would not have to move again.

Overlook Green Senior Living is a beautiful community and it was the perfect place for our loved one for his end of life. The community was very clean and there were not fowl odors at all. The meals were great and they always encouraged families to come eat with their loved ones. The rooms were lovely and everyone was just so nice and friendly. He just loved it. He had been more active at Overlook Green then he had anywhere else before. The care was excellent, he was very well treated and it was just perfect for him. They get 4.5 only because the administrator never really engaged a conversation with our loved ones daughter who was cutting the checks, and when our loved one had passed there were no condolence's. However the administrator and the marketing team and there communication was one of the reason we chose Overlook Green. It is expensive but we do believe you get what you pay for

I would tell others to prepare to really do some research if your loved one is on a lot of medications. There are a lot of different services that they offer and a lot of decisions to make such as which doctors to use, which pharmacy to use, etc. It has been a very big learning curve for me. She is very happy and thriving here. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. I fell in love with the place the second that I walked in. We are extremely pleased and cannot imagine her being anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston to other families looking.

Overall, we were very satisfied with this facility except for one issue with the business office. They were hard to work with after dad passed. They charged us for 2 months after he passed and their reason was that policy was to give 30 day notice before leaving the facility. We were frustrated, but mom paid it and then contacted corporate. Corporate did apologize and said that shouldn't have happened. They are in the process of getting mom a refund for those 2 months. So beware of that possibility. Other than that, the facility had a really good atmosphere and was clean. There were times when dad wanted to go outside, but couldn't go alone and they didn't have anyone to go with him to take him outside. My elderly mom ended up going up there more often to be able to get him outside. Housekeeping was good and dad's room was kept clean. Communication was good. The food was good. I do think it's the best facility in the area and I would recommend them to friends and family.

The main thing we were not happy with is that if something needs fixed, we cant find the maintenance man if there is one. Her door handle was loose and it took a while, but it is fixed. Also, we were told that we would be given a key to her room, and we've asked several times. The ladies are so kind at the reception area. We liked the Christmas family get together.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was very nice it was our 2nd choice but at the time they did not have a first floor unit available
