Five Star Senior Living

This is a very nice community, and I'am pleased with my wife's move here. She is doing very well, and being cared for well. They have a great staff, and they are always willing to help. The community is well maintained. I know they do a good job with the cleanliness, everything is very neat and tidy. There are activities for the residents. I would say the meals could use some improvement. It has been a good experience. I can sleep good at night knowing she is safe and in a good place. This is a community I would recommend.

This community just felt like home. The rooms were spacious and each resident had a space outside their room to show their individuality, whether it be their favorite sports mascot, sculptures from their missions in Africa or a child's statue playing hide and seek. They also have two dogs that share both the assisted and memory care units and the residents love them dearly. I could say more, but you really have to experience this one!

We are very pleased with this community and the staff. They have been great with grandma. The food is good and grandma likes it. If there is something that she does not like they are always willing to tailor it to what she does want.

This community has really bent over backwards for us. They have been very helpful and accommodating through out this whole process. My mother is doing great, she is still adjusting, but overall everything is well. They are caring for her very well, and I'am pleased. They have really provided me with a peace of mind knowing she is safe and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend.

I want to say "Thank You" to The Gardens of Port St. Lucie. My orthopedic doctor explained to me that I would need short-term rehabilitation after I just had surgery for a total knee replacement. I chose The Gardens of Port St. Lucie and I am very glad I did. The entire staff including Admissions, Nursing and Therapy were so wonderful providing me with a lot of love and care. Everybody was so professional, respectful and courteous. The meals were delicious and it was such a pleasure being there. Thank you, [Removed] [Removed]

The community was always very clean and well maintained. The place had a very warm welcoming feel to it. The staff is wonderful, they were always very friendly with my loved one while she lived there. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

The Forum at the Woodlands is a beautiful community. The staff was very professional and attentive, I went for multiple tours and they answered all of my questions. There is a large variety of activities that stimulate the mind. The place has won awards and is next to a gorgeous lake. The complex also has a pool. The quality of living at this place is amazing. We did not go with this community simply because of location.

Lovely residence, lots of community space, rates are reasonable, offer different levels of care, lots of transportation, and outings Location may not work for our family member but otherwise would be perfect

One of the best places so far. Definitely keep on list. Place doesn't have Alziemers care. Has two meal choices every day. One is always fish. Not a favorite of mine.Chris is a favorite of mine. Offered to ost a lunch for my class reunion people.Will do it 11/2. Rate 5 star

Great community!

Noticed right away the professionalism and friendly the staff were to us, sales staff really stood out to me. They went on above to make our experience a delight. The grounds were very clean and well kept. We will be more than glad to let our friends and family know how much this community goes the extra mile. This is definitely the place we are looking for

I have really enjoyed my dinning experience,my needs have been more than met when it comes to the food it is absolutely excellent. They have great activities on campus including my favorite one the singing group. I would defiantly recommend this community to a family member or a friend.

The communication with the staff is good they are always available. The community is kept clean. One of the things that i like about this place is the positive atmosphere. Everyone is really friendly. Activities are offered on site and my mother is hoping to get into the exercise classes. She loves the parties and the music they play from the 40-60's. The Meals are great and they have a way of making the residents feel very Independent vs feeling like it's an institution.

This is truly an amazing community. I'am very impressed with everything they have done for us. My mother has improved so much since her move here. She loves it here and has adjusted well to it. She is being cared for very well. I know she is safe and in very good hands. I have already recommended this community and will continue to doing so. Everything has worked out very well.

The staff at The Forum at the Woodlands are very helpful and communicate well with the family. The community has a variety of activities offered and she has enjoyed playing bingo. They have a variety of excellent meal choices. They offer four different choices at meal time. I would like to see low sodium options clearly labeled like they do with sugar free options. The community is very well kept and updated throughout.

My mother in law is doing great at Dogwood Forest of Gainesville. The staff were helpful with the move and have made it a smooth transition for my mother in law. Everything has been wonderful at Dogwood Forest!

My brother is doing very well here, they are taking good care of him and his needs. The community is very well maintained, everything is nice and clean. The staff is great, they are very friendly and caring. There are nice activities offered. The food is very good, they serve lovely meals. I know he is being cared for well and I would recommend this community.

I really liked and preferred this community. I liked what I saw. The people living here have been here for a long time. The community has had their memory care for a long time. I also liked that is has been in the business for a long time. The staff has a longevity here too. They had no opening and we had to go on the waiting list.

All of the staff have been very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They went out of their way to make the move in and transition as smooth as possible. Our relative is very pleased with the quality, quantity, and variety of the meals.
