Give a better orientation to the place for the resident. Including the help. You don't know anyone. More variety of activities. So people don't stay in their rooms all day only to come out for meals. Let's just say the admission to the place very confusing no one followed through. Nice quiet place could use some updating. Staff you see is friendly. Anyone entering facility should be able to be up and around to enjoy their services.

Concerning the meals I like it but my mom says she got so that's her opinion but they've served me food when I'm there and it's been fine. They are very attentive and they keep you up-to-date on everything place is very clean and the staff is wonderful. People at this facility really care and take the time that an individual requires Yes, I would recommend it for other people who are dealing with situations like I am with my mother.

A little rocky at the start but settled in well for my parents. Nicer facility for the price. Needed to get my parents into an affordable place. Great location close to the last place that they lived.

Overall my mom is very happy living at Tuscany Villas Being human there are occasional glitches. For instance my mother is ridiculously crazy about wanting her bed made ever day and that doesn’t always happen or early enough to please her. Or I requested she see the doctor and I was pleased she immediately saw the PA but she needed a follow up with the doctor which took a few weeks??? Not sure why. But really the staff is incredible! The special activities plentiful. They really know my mom and try so hard to do things to make her happy! They make her feel loved this is more important to me! I am thrilled that I chose for her to live at Tuscany Villas!

My mom wasn't there long but we were happy with the services she received. I know they can't please everyone's tastes in food. I'm sure it's hard to cook for that many people with everyone's health issues or allergies. But mom was a diabetic and she would get up to 3 starches at a meal.

My uncle has nothing but good things to say about Fox Ridge Manor. From the food to the staff to the facilities he is very happy there. When I visit I am impressed by the overall setting.

This community really felt welcoming. The rooms are spacious. The staff appeared caring... I would recommend to others.

The place is a wonderful, purpose-built care facility, with lists of original old-world character. The move-in process was perfect and seamless. Housekeeping: no complaints what so ever. They may be a little slow to respond to "fix-it" items. I think the dining services are really pretty good, also. Staff (and staffing) have been a little uneven. The new Executive Director seems very nice and attentive, but for some reason the previous person who was there when we interviewed them left in a hush. Reception, Activity, Food, and Nursing staff are all fine. The only complaint at the moment is the regular care staff are not consistent and a couple of them generally blah in attitude. Communication is NOT their strong suit. We find that we have to seek out staff to hear things like whether a test was performed. Overall, we recommend the place but each resident is better served if their family visit often and advocate for their loved ones.

We picked this community because of the location. It meets mom's needs.

Primary driver was cost and value. It's a little early to say if I'd recommend the facility but so far the experience has been positive.

You definitely have to be a advocate for your loved one. We picked this community because, it's nicely maintained and it is equally distant between myself and my brother's house.

The Palms is a lovely and efficient residence.

My loved one is currently a resident at Five Star Residences of Noblesville and overall things have been pretty good for him at this facility. The friendliness and staff are okay. The cleanliness, care services, meals and activities are good. The value for the cost is also good. I visit my loved one often, but we are still new to this community and these are my observations so far.

Nice rooms, nice community. Good price comparatively. We picked this community because of the memory care and availability. I would recommend to others.

We like some of the staff members that are working here at Park Place of West Knoxville community, but an area they could improve on would definitely be with the food. Everyone here complains about it

They are very accommodating and caring. I picked this community, because of the staff's willingness to help, mom can have her dogs with her.

We selected based on price and how comfortable mother felt there period overall. I think it was a good choice. However, we are not staying, and mom will be ending her contract and moving back with me. No fault if Legacy. Mother medically isn't able to stay by herself.

I would recommend to others. The staff is going through a major changeover so that's why that is a 3. Nursing on the 3rd floor [name removed] are excellent. Meals and dining seem a little boring and repetitive.
