My loved one seems to like the food. The staff seems to be okay. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

7.5% increase last year. 7% this year. 14.5 over the last two years. I guess they want more empty rooms. I had to figure the increase out because it was not included in the letter. My concern is over the money, not the people who work here.

We looked at an apartment there and my Uncle thought that was too independent for him at 91. He was concerned with walking to meals. Another facility was just a better fit for him.

Our loved one overall is relatively happy. The facility is clean. Her room could be a bit cleaner. For the most part, the staff are very friendly. Quality of care - No complaints. I think the food is fine. But it's been difficult getting them to give my mother a gluten-free diet. The dining room looks nice. And residents can sit wherever they want to. I think they are pretty standard. Average. They do try to get them moving, which is good. Bingo all the time, which my mother doesn't care for. She does like the live music that they have 2-3 times/week. It isn't a fancy place, but it is clean, cozy, and nice. It is a good size for her.

For my loved one, Devon turned out to be the perfect fit. The nursing staff was very supportive, personable, and caring. The administrative team was very accessible, responsive, and committed. The food improved when they brought in a new chef. The setting and facility has a very refined Main Line Philadelphia feel to it. From my viewpoint residents are treated with respect and dignity. We are very appreciative and grateful of the support they gave my loved one after their accident. My understanding is new management is planning on improving facility keeping its historical charm while modernizing and upgrading the facility. More attention to adding more outside events and trips now that pandemic is over would be suggested. Otherwise, in-house activities are varied and diverse. Facility can use upgrading

The assisted living facility is perfect. They're all short- handed. My loved one gets only two showers a week with the assistance of an aide. I'm not sure how clean they are. Lots of other similar issues but on balance, my loved one is now safe, eating & happier. The staff likes her & my loved one likes the staff. My loved one likes the food & loves the entertainment. The best thing about it is that despite my loved one has dementia, they felt they didn't need to be in memory care because my loved one is very social. They said with the proper level of care, my loved one may never need memory care.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The value for the money is good. The staff communication with the family was great. Some of the care offered by the community includes medication management, dressing and bathing assistance, and hygiene care. The staff were very passionate about the community and care for the residents.

It's a good place overall. Not amazing, but definitely not bad. It's a nice place and a decent value.

Tiffany Court at Kingston is a lovely community and the staff members are excellent and extremely friendly. However the quality of the meals could use some improvements - we have not had a meal ourselves so this is feedback we have heard but the meals apparently just do not taste all that great. They do have some good activities going on though and again the staff really are doing a great service.

We picked this community because it was convient to travel to. My loved one does not complain about the food too much. They need to improve on their care services. The day vs night staff is different. Sometimes I have not been able to get immediate communication. Overall, it is reasonably priced.

It is a very bright place with lots of big windows and green outside! The outdoor spaces are very important to my aunt, as she was quite the gardener. She loves sitting out on the patio, and they even let us bring bird feeders to put outside for her. The rooms don't feel like tiny closets. The staff is very friendly. At times the staff shortages (like everywhere right now) cause issues with small things. The food is not as varied or as good as I would have thought. Pricing is very similar everywhere around here. Overall I recommend it.

What stuck out to me about this facility is the layout and the willingness of the staff to meet specific needs. The staff continues to be friendly with each visit. They are not just selling you to get you here. They have lots of activities and email the family a list. It's very clean. They remove individual trash twice a day and clean rooms once a week. I would recommend this facility over others that I looked at.

I toured this community. It was great! The staff was caring and compassionate. They were great about answering all of my questions! Wonderful place!

I would want others to know about the friendliness of the staff and the cheerfulness of the facility. They could use more help and more staffing, but I know how health care everywhere is not the greatest; everybody is short. Some of their activities include bingo, Pokeno, and they do a lot of word games. They also have activities like a harvest fest, casino night, movies, trivia, etc.. My loved ones room is cheerful and spacious. She has a dinette table, bed, dresser, nightstand, and a recliner. She has a safe and accessible bathroom and her own closet.

The best part is it felt like home for our loved one. She truly enjoyed the dining experience. They could improve on the response time to medical requests and the communication response time from the nursing staff. Barrington Terrace, feels like family.

We knew this was going to be the place for our loved one right when you walked in - you could see straight through all the way to the outdoor patio and the staff members have just been so friendly. The residents that also live there have been super nice. Overall it has been a really good experience and we would recommend this community to other families.

Talbot Park wasn’t as new as other places we toured. We were looking for something more modernized. We also didn't like the location. There was nothing wrong with Talbot Park - it was just not a fit for us.

Nice place that encourages socializing and family friendly

My family member is very happy at Five Star Residences. It's a very homey environment. She has made a lot of friends there. She says it was her best decision when looking for a place to live. The care she's receiving has been good. Sometimes she wishes they could do blood draws earlier in the day so she didn't have to delay her breakfast, but they did try to get their outsourced help that handles those sorts of things to come earlier the last time after she mentioned it.

I think it's great my mom complains abt food but I don't necessarily trust that commentary 100%. It's a beautiful and friendly caring facility
