Really liked. Residents seemed really happy here.

The building is very open. There are lots of windows and lots of light that come into the community. It is also a single level community so there is no need to take step or use an elevator to get to dining. The staff is well kept and they are very courteous. The community offers a lot of activities, and it is clean. I was impressed by it is my top choice when the time comes.

They need to pay more attention to each individual, sometimes they can get overlooked in the hustle and bustle. Communication between shifts, and staff could be a little better. The food is good. They were a little less expensive, than others.

It took only a short time for my mother to fit in at Forest Creek Commons because the staff took such an interest in her well being. They all knew her name and supplied her with wonderful care, kindness and even hugs. She now participates in several activities and calls FCC home. It is a great relief to me and my family that she is in such capable hands.

Everyone at Huntington place is very friendly and helpful. They are interested in the happiness and well being of their residents. They are very professional in all aspects of their services. We are delighted that mom is at Huntington place where she is happy and we know she is not alone and is being well taken care of.

They've been wonderful, there hasn't been a single thing I can think to complain about but suppose their portions for meals could be a bit bigger for guests! Finding this place has really been a blessing. Everyone we've spoken with, from the aides to the director, have been very friendly! I like that it is all one building, as a few of the communities we looked at had outside portions that would have made getting around difficult for my loved one.Thank you Mandy and staff for making the decision so much easier.

This is an option I've been looking into for a loved one. I really like what I have seen of this one. It is a very nice looking facility, and the staff have been very friendly and professional. It seems to provide better care than her current facility, and at a lower price.

We chose it because of the presentation. It was a nice place. She just wasn't ready for this type of living. It was clean and the people were friendly. They had activities if she had chosen to participate, but she just wasn't partaking in the opportunities to join in.

The food is a four, it's very good. When we went in to investigate the community, the staff was so informative and friendly and it felt like a family. She immediately felt like she could belong to a community and that this was a place she really belonged. It was beautiful and all the extra little things they do is just over the top and so much attention to detail. They had so much to offer.

My mom is really enjoying her move to Heartlands. The staff is friendly and caring, the food is great, and the apartment is very nice. The size of this senior housing development is perfect! It was really a great move for her.

My mother lived at College View Manor for several months. The staff was courteous, respectful and went out of their way to assist Mom. I recommend this facility to anyone making this transition in life.

I think this place is great. Larger, sunnier, and more features than Brightview Catonsville.

We've had a good experience, and we have enjoyed the experience. She has a lot of needs and wants and they have been very accommodating, and in general they do what they say they are going to do. There are some people that aren't exactly perfect, but nobody is perfect all the time. Wherever there has been a problem it was taken care of immediately. I've never seen anything I didn't like. She likes the food. I think the night staff could be increased by one person, she occaisionally has to wait at night for assistance. I liked that it is small and she gets a lot of individual attention, and the seasonal decorations are always nice.

Love this place & would like my father to be here. However, circumstances are changing somewhat. This will definitely stay at the top of the list for future needs

Staff is friendly and helpful. Residents have meal choices. Very good handicap bathrooms which was one reason I chose Cameron Hall for my spouse. Four levels of care offered. My husband is the highest level of care and this was important.Administration very accommodating. Activities offered morning and afternoon. Physical building clean and maintained. The facility is also close to our home.

She is perfectly happy. Always has activities going on, playing bingo and things like that. She really likes the food. She is on the first floor in the assisted living. It's great!

The food is good, she hasn't complained about the food. I looked at about eight of the communities, they had the best price, the best unit size, and the staff was great. Jules is the incoming sales person, she was great I couldn't ask for anybody to have treated me or my mother any better than that. She was professional and handled herself real well.

The Forum at the Crossing is a beautiful, well maintained, welcoming facility. The orientation of the building is easily navigated. All the activities and dining hall are easily accessible on the main floor. The welcoming from maintenance, reception, directors, and residents was very encouraging for my mom.

Met with Vicki Meier. This place has it all. Great social, facilities, and apts. Only concern is if ambulation becomes an issue (wheelchair transfers) resident needs to relocate.
